Digi Packs

taylor swift - fearless CD
I like the fornt cover of this didgipack as it is a simple picture. The way the artist has posed with her hair filling up most of the frame is a simple and easy task to complete yet really effective. The writing is clear and the font of 'Taylor Swift' goes very well with the genre of music. I can definatley take soem tips from this when designing my own digipack.
I really like how the writing curves around the edge of the CD. For legal and agreement terms, certain things must be written on the CD that could effect the style yet by putting it around the edge of the CD it has taken up less room and looks really nice. The heart shaped hands on the CD are really effective, this hand image is something the artist always does, and signifies her. By putting it on the CD i think it looks really good and the colour contrasts work really well together. I also like how the font for the front cover of the digipack and the the font on the CD are the same. It makes the digipack look profession and is a good technique to use.

Duffy - Rockferry album
I really like the colour contrasts in this digipacks. The balck and White theme goes really well with the genre and looks extremely professional. It's such simple effect but looks great.
I like how simple they have kept the back of the digipack. I would normally presume there to be a lot of pictures and images to fill the frame but here they have used a solid black background. This is also seen on the CD cover below. It makes the white writing stand out a lot more and gives the digipack a unique style.
